A niqabi superhero ???

A niqabi superhero. Sooraya Qadir (code name: Dust), possibly the first practicing Muslimah in the Marvel Comics Universe. Oftentimes Sooraya is drawn doing dhikr, giving dawah, being the moral backbone of her team – just an ordinary person. She’s the first modern character that is an openly practicing Muslim. However, I believed reading comics are not a good medium to portray not even close to 1% of Islam. It’s pure economics. Wallahu’alam
